With encouragement from friends and family , I pursued a career in real estate 14 years ago. Al, my husband has been very understanding with all the time and hard work that goes into being a true real estate professional. I have one sister - Sheila and she is married to Mike. I have two children - Britney and Chip, three grandchildren - Ben, Caroline and little Landrie our newest addition. And I can't forget Rambo, my little 7 1/2 pound tiny toy poodle. I love my family more than words can say. AND.. they all live right here in Raleigh. That is as good as it gets!!!
As a realtor, it is my responsibility to guide my clients towards the best possible home for them. It is a challenging and complicated process. I am known for great customer service, consistent communication, strong attention to detail and ensuring a positive experience for all involved in the transaction - buyers, sellers, and cooperating agents. I know what it means to communicate and I know what it takes to successfully close a transaction making the buying process positive and seamless. My approach to any transaction is that is about the buyers and sellers, not about the agent. I would love to show you and your family what the Triangle area has to offer.... you will not want to leave!! Remember, I am not number one----you are!!!
One of my favorite verses. Love is a splendid thing, but it is also a choice we must make. Decide in your heart that you will always choose love, and happiness will consistently be yours.

WOW it is hard to believe 15 years have flown by since getting my brokers license! I have been a resident of NC all but one year of my life & have lived in the Raleigh area since 1991. I have found real estate to be a great pick of a career - it suits me perfectly. I enjoy being part of & able to assist sellers and buyers achieve their home ownership goals. I have been fortunate enough in my career to be a consistent top producer, typically in the Top 100 for our area. At present, I am a member of Team Concept with Re/Max One Realty. I have also had the pleasure of being on HGTV (so fun!) & featured in Entrepreneur Magazine. I am a graduate of NC State in Business Management. In my free time (what is that?!) you can find me at a local sporting event, checking out one of our new restaurants, spending time at Lake Gaston, checking out one of our amazing parks or playing volleyball. I am from a big family of four girls - yes four! Everyone always says my poor dad (literally & figuratively) after 3 weddings & one more in the next 8 months! We have a great time together & I’m happy that all (except one sister) are within 10 minutes from my husband & I.

My Client-First Philosophy: There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
That said, in my experience as a real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
